8 Week Strength Training Plan- Advanced/Intermediate

This program is for someone familiar with lifting who wants to get stronger by following an intentional plan and pushing past their plateau.
This program also includes workouts for 4days/week that should take you ~30-40 mins
I encourage clients to also add 3 days of 20-30 min cardio during this plan, but if that doesn't fit your goals, it is certainly not a requirement.
This program is split into 2 halves: the first half allows your body to adapt to the main lifts and volume of the training. The second half will push your body past your plateau and continue to increase your strength and ability.
