8 Week Beginner Training Plan

This is for someone who wants to get into working out but doesnt know where to start, someone who has worked out before but fell off and needs a plan, someone who is familiar with cardio but wants to start lifting
It involves 4 days/week of workouts that should take you approx. 30-45 min
It is encouraged to also add 3 days of 20-30 min of cardio /week to get the most out of this program.
The program is split into 3 phases to help your body produce optimal adaptations to training, and push past the point of plateau to achieve the results you're looking for.
